DefNotAI provides job application management services including:

- • Application status monitoring and analytics
- • Virtual assistant and business process outsourcing services
User Responsibilities
Plain English: Be honest, keep your account secure, and use the service legally.
You agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information
- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Use the service only for lawful purposes
- • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
- • Comply with all applicable employment laws
Subscription and Payments
Plain English: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime, keep access until period ends.
- • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- • You can cancel anytime with access until the end of the billing period
Intellectual Property
Plain English: We own the platform. You own your resume and personal content.
All content, features, and functionality of DefNotAI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your resume and personal content.
Data Processing Agreement
Plain English: We process your data as a service provider. You control your data, we protect it.
When you use our services, DefNotAI acts as a data processor on your behalf:
- • Your Role: You are the data controller of your personal information
- • Our Role: We process data only as instructed by you through our platform
- • Data Protection: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
- • Sub-processors: We use trusted third parties (Stripe, cloud providers) who meet GDPR standards

- • Your Rights: You can access, rectify, erase, or port your data at any time

Limitation of Liability
Plain English: We help you apply, but we can't guarantee you'll get hired. Employers make hiring decisions.
DefNotAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- • Job application outcomes or employer decisions
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Service interruptions or data loss
Termination
Plain English: We can suspend accounts for violations. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
Changes to Terms
